Distilled London dry gin, nothing less. Our criterion is high and hard to reach. That explains why we go on the farmers market ourselves and hand-pick over 15 dierent sorts of herbs we need. Once gathered and chopped, we leave the herbs soaked in ethanol for the distillation. Needless to say, we have a limited edition and a small batch. The statements can be easily tested and proven by the taste.
